Dr. Scott loves the imperial capitol

Huế (Thành phố Huế) is a city in central Vietnam on the banks of the Perfume River. It was the seat of the Nguyen Dynasty, and the national capital, from 1802 to 1945. Major attractions include its 19th-century citadel, the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City and a replica of the Royal Theater.

Here are some of my favorite personal pictures of the Imperial City. Enjoy!

About Me

안녕하세요! I'm Dr. Scott. I stand awkwardly in front of Korean history with my phone to capture an everlasting, fuzzy memory. I made this site for my friends and family in America, but you can enjoy it too.
